Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using garagepurge.com (the "Site") or submitting a request through our quote form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What Garage Purge Is — and Isn't

Garage Purge operates a free referral and matching platform. We collect information about your project — including your location and the type of service you're looking for — and share it with independent, third-party companies in our network ("Providers") who may be able to assist you.

3. How Matching Works

1. You submit your contact information, ZIP code or location, and project details through our quote form.
2. We attempt to identify Provider(s) in our network who serve your area and offer the type of service you requested.
3. We share your submitted information with the matched Provider(s).
4. The Provider(s) may contact you directly — by phone, text, or email — to discuss your project and provide a quote.
5. You decide whether to hire any Provider, all of them, or none of them.

We do not guarantee that a Provider will be available in your area, that a Provider will contact you within any specific timeframe, or that you will receive any particular number of quotes.

4. No Agreement With Garage Purge for Services

Any quote, estimate, contract, scheduling arrangement, payment, or service performed is solely between you and the Provider you choose to work with. Garage Purge is not a party to that transaction and has no responsibility for:

• The accuracy of any quote or pricing a Provider gives you
• The quality, timeliness, or completion of any work performed
• Damage to property, personal injury, or loss arising from a Provider's work
• A Provider's licensing, insurance, or compliance with local law
• Disputes between you and a Provider, including over payment, scheduling, or service quality

We encourage you to verify a Provider's licensing, insurance, and reviews directly with them before agreeing to any work, and to get pricing and scope of work in writing from the Provider.

5. Provider Vetting & Disclaimer

Providers who wish to join our network go through a screening process before becoming eligible to receive matched requests. However, this screening does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any Provider's work, licensing, insurance, or business practices. You are responsible for your own due diligence before hiring any Provider.

6. No Cost to Homeowners

There is no charge to you for submitting a request or being matched with Providers through the Site. Providers may charge you directly for the services they perform; those charges are set and collected by the Provider, not by Garage Purge.

7. Your Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your request
• Use the Site only for genuine inquiries about garage cleanout, junk removal, organization, donation, or estate cleanout services for yourself or a property you're authorized to act on behalf of
• Not submit requests on behalf of someone else without their consent
• Not use the Site to harvest Provider contact information for unrelated solicitation
• Communicate respectfully with any Provider who contacts you

8. Communications Consent

By submitting the quote form, you consent to be contacted by Garage Purge and by the Provider(s) we match you with, via the phone number and email address you provide, regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply to text communications. You can ask any individual Provider to stop contacting you directly; to stop receiving communications from Garage Purge itself, contact us using the information below.

9. Providers & Network Partners

If you operate a garage cleanout, junk removal, organization, or estate cleanout business and wish to join our Provider network, additional terms — covering matched-lead delivery, fees, service area, and conduct standards — will apply and will be provided separately as part of the partner onboarding process. Submitting an inquiry to partners@garagepurge.com does not by itself create a contractual relationship between you and Garage Purge.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Garage Purge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our matching service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Provider match will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garage Purge and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of property, money, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site, your interactions with any Provider, or any work performed by a Provider. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garage Purge from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute between you and a Provider.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
